The programme lasts 14-months + 4-months EPA (End Point Assessment).
Approximately six hours per week. This includes one hour of 1-2-1 online coaching per month with your personal coach, one group workshop per month, and guided eLearning.
The programme is fully-funded by your employer. They will invest £17,000 in your development through the Apprenticeship Levy, supporting your professional growth.
